transportation / Gas Card Program

Caregiving Network's Gas Card program provides our clients with fuel for their vehicles. Our intent is to help clients, experiencing emergency financial situations, travel to and from their medical appointments and/or place of employment. The gas cards are made available only to those who can prove they own their vehicle and that it is properly registered, licensed, and insured.

The client must provide the necessary documentation and submit a Gas Card Application to sufficiently prove their need. Caregiving Network staff members review the application and determine how best to provide assistance.
